if i go direct to canada post and get a rate. I enter the weight and dimensions and get a rate BUT when i try to do my shipping label through paypal it tells me i have an invalid size. how do you get around this it happens frequently to me. also what phone number do you use to contact canada post about this problem on paypal.
I can confirm this issue with XpressPost in Paypal. Other shippping methods seem to work OK. This seems to have popped up some time in the last 2 or 3 weeks. I routinely ship packages that are 18x23x1cm and .1 kg and Paypal is claiming invalid dimensions on Xpresspost, even though they're perfectly valid (even by Paypal's own standards guide).
