I was to receive a payment of 1.07$ from a certain website, on which I work as a freelancer, in my paypal account. But I got an email from PayPal saying that my money was waiting and I had to upgrade to a business account to receive it, and so I did. I completed kyc and bank account verification. I got an email saying that now I can recieve money in my account. But I have not received it yet. I want to know why?
