Payment on Hold - Suspicious movements on account?

I received a payment bill to buy a laptop for 800euro.

I paid marking it as a purchase.

Now the seller told me the money are on hold, so since it never happened to him, he is waiting to send the laptop,

asking me to find out why the money are on hold.

He received a message from paypal telling him the money are on hold since the sender (me)transaction is suspitious compared to my normal activity.

What can I do to unlock this payment?
