I've created a Paypal account for the sole purpose of accepting donations for a fundraiser I've set up. Donations are coming from debit/credit card users but all the donations I've received are put on hold. It seems that Paypal tagged all the donations as selling transactions. How will I withdraw all the funds if there are no confirmation on their end after they made the donation?
