i am trying to link Deutsche bank account on my paypal.
Everything goes fine (no error messages), but deutsche bank balance is not appearing in paypal. There is only Paypal balance.
In Deutsche bank online banking, access permission is given.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
