Can't link my paymaya card it says "There's a problem with your account"

HI, i created a new account and my friend sent money to my paypal now i tried to link my paymaya card to paypal but it keep on sayng that there's a problem with my account. i don't know what problem is that. can someone help to resolve this kind of problem. THanks
