lock out of my funds

Hi Help any one. I received 3 payments over 2 weeks but unable to withdraw funds sitting my Paypal balance. I could not add a bank even i linked a debit card but no transfer can be made on my account. I call few times and wrote 4 or 5 times seeking help. No one even bothered to reply my letters or help to get my funds. I am wondering is this unique to me or this is usual. Please help thanks.

Why can't you add a bank account? That is the only way to withdraw funds in your country.

I used to be able to add a bank account easily but now the system won't let me

I tried that so many times, and used different accounts and different bank.

It won't work. It is a terrible thing to treat a long time customer this way.

no explanation, no reply and no help after over one month

You can only add a bank account 3 times in its lifetime.

So if you keep adding / withdrawing it then you will soon run out of 'lives'.
