is this the worst service you have ever had?

It can only be a con . no customer service can consistently be that thick. I have been paid for a service but they will not release funds because I do not have a tracking number for the product I sent ??

No I performed a service there is no product. well the buyer needs to confirm it has arrived ? 

Absolute clowns and liars throughout should not be allowed to handle money

Do these steps to get money sooner (may not be available for some countries):

 

 1. Click Activity at the top of the page.

 2. Find and click the payment transaction.

 3. Click Add Tracking Info.

 4. Select an order status: Order Processed.

 

Then ask sender to do these steps to confirm receipt (may not be available for some countries):

 

 1. Log on to PayPal account.

 2. Click Activity at the top of the page.

 3. Find and click the payment transaction.

 4. Click Confirm Receipt.

 5. Click Yes to confirm.

 

If buyer/sender does not take action to confirm receipt, then you must wait 21 days for PayPal to release it. This cannot be overridden so do not bother calling PayPal over it. Simply wait the 21 days.

 

Don't shoot the messenger, just giving you the scoop. These are the terms you agreed to when you signed up and is within your rights to close your account if not to your satisfaction.

We're experiencing technical difficulties

 

and you are correct i have the right to close my account and I will I just want people to know what they are getting into . a company trying to optimises their profits at all junctures at the expense of the client and the service.
