hi i cant send a payment and i cant add a bank account to withdraw. its so important i get this payment sent but the customer services are useless and i really dont know what to do. appreciate any help you might have

What error message do you receive when trying to add the bank account? Has this bank account been registered on PayPal before? Have you checked the Resolution Centre to see if there are any outstanding issues such as a limitation which would be preventing you from adding the bank account?
