duplicated payment

Hi everyone,

 

I just used paypal to purchase something and selected to let it bill one of my bankcards, but I didn't have enough money on that card and my paypal balance went negative. They told me to add money to my Paypal balance as soon as possible and that's what I did, using another card. After sending money to my paypal balance and getting my balance from negative back to zero, I got money on the first card again (the one i originally selected to be billed), but paypal billed me anyways. What should I do to get my money back? I couldn't find a way to talk to the staff directly regarding this problem.

Reach out to PayPal on Facebook or Twitter or click the “bell icon” in your account through the PayPal website, then click “Inbox” , then click “View Messages”, then click “+ New Message” button to write to PayPal.
