Hi everyone, I just used paypal to purchase something and selected to let it bill one of my bankcards, but I didn't have enough money on that card and my paypal balance went negative. They told me to add money to my Paypal balance as soon as possible and that's what I did, using another card. After sending money to my paypal balance and getting my balance from negative back to zero, I got money on the first card again (the one i originally selected to be billed), but paypal billed me anyways. What should I do to get my money back? I couldn't find a way to talk to the staff directly regarding this problem.
