I can't seem to withdraw my balance if it's more than $2K, my account is business, verified, and I'm using a visa debit card for withdrawal, anyone knows the problem? I have to split the withdrawal amount which is a bummer considering the fee
It sounds like your card issuer has limits on the amount you can transfer from another bank.
When you add and confirm a card, PayPal occasionally receives a limit from a card issuer. If you withdraw an amount over the limit, you will receive a decline error message.
