Hi, I want to transfer my current balance which is in USD into my bank account which is in USD too, but it is enforcing me to transfer it in EGP, can I know why? I have tried to contact you multiple times but it always a that no agents are available, Please help me ASAP because this transfer will deduct around $75 of my balance in the form of conversion fees
