Why still i don't receive my money from paypal.?

I'm from India. A freelancer in Fiverr. Why still I don't receive my money from PayPal..? I transferred money from my PayPal to the bank account on November 8, 2019. normally I get this in my account with 2 days. but till now I don't get my money. 
I'm always using Health service as a purpose code. is there any mistake from my side..?
