unable withdraw money

Hi,

I tried to withdraw my paypal balance but seem like something not right. It required me to update some detail and upload file and it failed.

Could you advise me what should i do ?

It sounds like we may have requested some information from you to verify your account or to confirm information before you can withdraw your funds. If you are having trouble uploading your documents please ensure that your document is in the correct format and then try again. If we are requesting information from you, you will see this on the Resolution centre on your account.
