Hi. So last week I had money transferred to me via PayPal and I got the notification to say I had received the funds and when I logged into PayPal, the funds went straight from ‘available balance’ to my ‘money received’. Normally when I have funds sent to me, I’m given the choice to withdraw and send to my bank. This isn’t the case. I’m not being given a choice to withdraw and it’s showing in my activity as money received with a green plus next to the funds And then showing nil in my available funds...but I haven’t actually received it!! What’s going on. Very frustrating.
