A. Why is my refund held/pending, and how long will it take to complete?

I understand that waiting for your refund to complete is frustrating, but you can be sure we're doing everything we can to complete it as soon as possible.

We began processing your refund as soon as it was initiated, but due to bank processing timeframes, it can take up to 7 working days for us to receive the money. Once we receive the money, we'll refund the payment.

You can find an estimated clearing date on your 'Transaction Details' page. Please bear in mind that this date is only an estimate and it may take longer.

B. Where is my refund, and how long will it take to complete?

Payments from a bank account are refunded to the buyer's PayPal balance. Due to bank processing timeframes, these refunds can sometimes take 7 working days or more to complete.

Payments from credit or debit cards are refunded back to the card. Most refunds to cards will complete within 7 working days, but depending on the card issuer it can take up to 30 days.
