Transfer to someone's bank account

Dear PP, Is there a way I can tranfer funding to someone's bank account?

This is a community forum and not paypal as such.

But you can send funds from one paypal account to another and then they can withdraw those funds to any bank account that they have linked and confirmed to their paypal account.
