I requested a withdrawal on May 3rd, they approved it and it even says "completed" but they money is not in my bank. I tried to call paypal but they weren't available. I need to buy something with that money in 2 hours, I don't know what to do.
For your region, transfers may take several days after it is marked complete by PayPal. "Complete" means that your request to transfer was processed, not that the funds are in your bank account because the bank does not notify PayPal when the funds are posted to your bank account.
