My husband tried to transfer money from my debit card to his account & then sent it to my account & they've cancelled it

First of all, if I understand your post correctly, what you guys are doing is not allowed and against PP user agreement. Cannot extract funds from cards. Any monies refunded/canceled will take up to 30 days to get posted back to card by card issuer.
