Transaction from paypay balance to debit card delayed?? New to this plz help

Hey guys I was sent money from a family member as a gift. They deposited it to my PayPal account then I transferred it to my debit card. It told me when I selected the option to send it that it would only take minutes to reach my account but after I hit submit it said oh nevermind because of some reason it could now take up to as long as 24 hrs but I was still ok with that so I agreed. It deducted the balance from my PayPal wallet and now has the transaction showing as pending still on my activity page but when I called !y bank they see no pending transaction of the amount that was sent and they said they had seen a transaction from PayPal but it was all 0.00s ???? But it says on !y PayPal account that the correct Dollar amount is still pending to be deposited into my account. It'll be 24 hrs here shortly plus it's the weekend. IDK if I'm just nervous or what .Any input would heph. Thamks

Why does it say then that there is an open dispute linked to that trasaction on that screen shot?

I disputed it because that money was sent to me by and  I needed it right ATM so I needed to let them know

Thats probably what has delayed the transfer even further then.
