Received an email confirmation that my Rev weekly salary was paid to my paypal account. But when I tried claiming the money, error dating that the transaction was no longer available occurred. My balance is still on 0

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

Were the funds sent in a currency that you can receive as you can't receive ZAR?

Have you confirmed your email address?

Are you sure it wasn't a scam?

Were the funds sent to the correct email address linked to your paypal account?

Yes the funds were sent in $, my email has been confirmed and it's not a scam. I got the proof of payment/invoice from my Rev account and it does reflect that the payment had failed.
