The Status of my case

Hi there, 

 

I am contacting you about the 2 Zeiss Lenses that I bought from a seller in Japan that I did not received. I have been calling FedEx about the 2 lenses and FedEx representative kept telling me that since the 2 packages are out of U.S. and Canada, only the shipper can submit a "Missing Package Claim". I told the seller that and I asked him to help me to get this issue resolved, but until few days ago, I called FedEx to check if the seller file missing package claim or not, unfortunately he/she did not file a claim yet. 

Please help me, I need your help. I asked FedEx to send me an image of my signature, they said our driver left the 2 package at the porch of our home.

Please I really need your help to solve this case.
