Technical Difficulties when adding tracking information

I was trying to edit the tracking information of a transaction to recieve the money. But when I clicked "Submit", the message "We're experienced technical difficulties. Sorry for your inconvenience." poped up. Is anyone having the same issue??

I am having the same problem when I try and confirm order status of a digital product that the buyer has received. I emailed paypal a few days ago but no response.

If the problems persist after clearing your browser's cookies and cache and restarting the browser, or when using a different browser that hasn't been used with PayPal previously, please visit https://www.paypal-support.com and log in. Then click Contact Us to open a ticket to our technicians.

The same thing happens to me, won't even let me say the product I'm sending is processing or sent, so how does/will PayPal send us the money if we can't confirm if we have sent the item or not.

Hi! This was happening to me but I figured out what worked for me. I clicked on activity and then on the order and scrolled down to the bottom where it says edit tracking info and it worked. For some reason it does not let me do it from the home page.
