Seller has put me on over 200+ mailing lists and now I'm being spammed.

I did not receive the shipment despite Canada Post tracking saying it was delivered to the concierge/building manager. So I called Canada Post and raised the issue, they stated because it was an international shipment all they could do was open a service ticket, to get an investigation going the seller would have to open a claim with USPS.

So I contacted the seller and asked them if they could do this. Mind you, I did not state I was going to go for a refund, I simply asked if they could open a case with USPS. The seller responded to me in an incredibly hostile way, refused to open the claim and blamed me for the package going missing, saying I would have to repurchase the products again. So I opened a dispute with PayPal and provided them the communication between myself and the seller.

The seller responded with a copy paste of USPS tracking status, and 5 minutes later I'm being spammed mailing lists and subscriptions through my personal email, as well as through the email I used to initially communicate with the seller. I'm also receiving text message after text messages to my phone all in a foreign language. I'm receiving calls from the US as well, that I've been blocking as soon as they come in. This has been going on for over an hour.

Should I just wait this out? Contact PayPal customer service? I escalated the dispute after the seller's response but this spam is a whole other level.
