Return item and receive full refund but I can’t read or write Chinese.?

How do I send to the address in the instructions of my claim when 1) item sent was not what was ordered and it was only 1 item not 2.items

2)And the name is in English lettering but all the rest of the address is in Chinese script. Refund won’t be given till seller receives return, for all I know I’m sending it to “we never will receive it cuz this is not an address. It won’t ever make it to our door so we can deny the claim again.?
Help I can’t print a return mailing label that USPO will accept and track it. They can’t read it either.

Contact customer services for an English version of the address.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
