Refund/ Cancel

I was sending my mom some money through paypal and i accidentally sent it twice because i sent the money i didnt think it went through so i had her request the money and i sent it and then a few days ago it went through twice it says pending on her account and she cant cancel it ive tried on her phone to cancel it and it wont let me

The one i sent is pending but the one she requested, i was able to accept on her account the day i made the payment.

If she sent a money request then thats a goods/services payment, she would pay a fee and it would be on hold for 21 days as paypal would see her as a seller.
