I'm sorry to hear that you have not seen the withdrawals that you have made reflected in the account to which you withdrew the funds. Since it has been at least 14 days since the withdrawal was made, please contact PayPal customer service to request that a representative investigate what happened. If necessary, they can request a trace of the funds.
To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.

"Instant Transfer" is a fraudulent use of the term! Instant means Instant - not in upto 72 hours. The money came in to my PayPal account instantly from friends bank account. It should also be available for me to move to my bank account instantly! The delay means that I am unable to buy food!
