I want to transfer funds from my PayPal account to Xoom. But they are asking for Routing number and Account number. I can't find it in my account. Can you please help to transfer my funds to Xoom successfully. And secondly, I am there is an account level hold on some of my money. Please guide me how and when it will be finished. It will be really appreciated. Thank you.
