Paypal doesn't allow me to add my debit card back

I've been using my Mastercard debit card on Paypal for a year. Last week I was trying to send money to someone while I didn't know there was not enough money on the card, so I've been getting message "Contact the card issuer". I did it few times and got the same message every time. I removed the card from the Wallet and wasn't able to add it back, I was getting the message 'Right now, we're not able to complete this transaction'. After I added money to the card (I can pay and use it everywhere except on Paypal), I got the same message from Paypal again ("Right now, we're not able to complete this transaction'). It seems like Paypal blocked my card, so I need the help to unblock it, because I confirmed my card with a Paypal code four months ago already and everything worked fine. The customer service didn't respond to me so I'm asking here. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for reaching out on PayPal Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your card, I know how frustrating that can be. From what you shared, it sounds like PayPal may be having troubles with your card issuer. If you haven't done so, the you will want to contact your card company. If they are blocking PayPal from charging the card, then you would need to resolve any issues with them first.

 

If after working with your card company the issues persist, then you would want to reach out to PayPal customer support for more information. You can do so using any options that are available here: Contact Customer Service
