Payment is still on hold but the buyer already received what he wants. I am a transcriptionist and they will pay me through paypal if they already got what they want. I already changed the oder status to shipped but still on hold. I told my client to confirm an email sent by paypal that you already recieved the item but he keeps on saying that he didn't received any email from paypal with a confim button. Please help me.
I don't think the confirm receipt is available in PH although you can mark a transaction as shipped. You still have to wait within 21 days. And in the future, mark it as Order Processed, not "Shipped" because your services don't require shipping as per:
