Payment status shows PENDING but payment has been sent 5 days ago

Hello!

I'm really confused right now. My client has been sending payments to me through Paypal since June and has been really great until this September 10th when he sent the payment but the status is still on hold and that there's a clearing date on September 13th. I, then waited but September 13th came and the payment is still pending and the clearing date was changed to September 25. I tried reporting a problem that is related to this transaction. The message I received is shown on the picture below. I have not received that money yet and status still says it's pending. I really need the funds in there. I have sent several emails to the customer email support but still got no reply from them. I hope someone can help me. Is there anything I need to do or the sender of the money perhaps? Thanks in advance!

Have you marked the transaction as shipped or order processed?

Still, you may have to wait up to 21 days for the funds to be released.

Hello, thank you so much for replying. I still have not received the payment and still shows pending. I have clicked it as shipped September 12th and nothing has happened until now. Are there any ways to expedite the funds to appear in the account? I am desperate.

In order to release the funds to you quicker, please add tracking information to the transaction details on PayPal. Once the delivery information is confirmed the payment will be released to you within 72 hours. If there is no tracking information for the transaction, the funds will be released after 21 days.
