PayPal won't process send money requests

It works only if I send a low amount like $20. As normal, it will show my card, allow me to move on with the process, and take me to a confirm transaction page. However, If I send a higher amount like $50, on the select payment method page, my card doesn't appear and attempting to add a payment method by linking a card results in a "cannot process your request" message and I can't send the money. This is urgent and I can't afford to spend weeks researching this. What do I do?

Thanks for posting in the Community! 

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble making a payment. It sounds like you are running into our Security System. Depending on the risk associated with a transaction, our Security System can limit what payment methods are available. This isn't something we can override. However, it can help to log in from a consistent device with your location services turned on and allow 48 hours between payment attempts.
