Pay pal is very poor with customer relations

I want to voice my disturbance with PP. I was sent money from a source that sent me money on one other occasion. They sent me again and PP held my money for a security check, they said it takes 24 to clear, after 24 hr I attempted to transfer to my account and was then told it was pending. When I contacted PP I was then told up to 72 hrs. The funds were an emergency and pp said it was nothing they could do. The sender contacted them and assured them this was authorized and they still would not release my money. I am Absolutely appalled at their lies and attempt to withhold my money. Pp has lost my respect and my confidence in them claiming to be the largest money transfer system.they are completely without customer care or concern.
