PLEASE HELP! Paypal Customer Service: Can't Withdraw Money

Hello,

 

I didn't originally intend on writing this on the community page, as I had faith in PayPal's customer service team to sort my issue out quickly; how wrong I was.

 

I recently created a new account to facilitate the transfer of money between myself and my clients, as I am a self-employed business owner. I went through a variety of issues that I eventually managed to fix within four days, ranging from account holds to limitations.

 

Now I have been told that the security system has flagged suspicious activity and I cannot withdraw funds to my bank account. I have tried talking to the Customer Service Team, however, they say they cannot fix the issue and have told me to call them to get it sorted. The problem with this is that their phone lines are down and I cannot actually call them.

 

So what can I do? The money isn't a gargantuan amount, far from it but as someone who works for themselves and relies on the money I am meant to receive, I cannot even buy basic essentials at the moment as I can't access my funds.

 

This issue is causing a lot of stress and I don't know where else to turn, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
