I created this account way back but just recently decided to use to receive donations to fund stray feeding, stray cats' vet care and needs and their spay/neuter surgeries.
One old friend of mine tried sending funds but she said it was refunded/ credited back to her and on my end it says that the funds are on hold until an order form is completed.
I think I have followed all the steps asked from me to set up this PayPal account correctly. However, I can't find the resolution to this dilemma. Every day it is not fixed and there is a guest to check on my page and try to send money via PayPal, it means some cats missing their vet check ups, losing the slots for their spay/neuter surgeries and shortage of food for them.
Please HELP. I need this account fixed soon so I can receive funds or donations for the strays I look after.
