New account Transfer In issue

Hello 🙂 I'm new to PayPal. My Personal Account has been set up and I have a Bank account linked to it, but I can't Transfer In money because there's no option of doing so in the Transfer Menu. I'm from the Philippines. Thank you so much in advance for the help. Stay safe and God bless 🙂

Great question! 

You can transfer money between PayPal accounts by using the Send Money option.
