I got my nbe visa credit card a week ago. First I tried linking it and when I click on confirm card PayPal shows an error indicating the issuing bank declined the card - which they had no clue as they didn't even receive any transaction-. So, I tried withdrawing without confirming but it tells me that an error happened. Can anyone help ?
