Hello! I sent a parcel and the buyer will pick up the parcel soon. After delivered after how many days can i use the money? Money on hold for 21 days or they can be use sooner? Plz help me because i want to use the money asap. Thank you!
Click "Add Tracking" in the transaction details and select an appropriate order status and then contact buyer to confirm receipt on their end of the transaction to release funds.
@sharpiemarker Tracking has been added from the first day when i shiped out the parcel. My PayPal account it is new but it is verified and this is my first selling transaction this why i’m asking if i can use the money sonner after the buyer will pick up the parcel or i have to wait 21 days after.
@kernowlass Ok, you tell me delivered + 1 day but this is also for new accounts? I’m read on the internet that 21 days after delivered for new accounts.
Funds are held for new users for 21 days UNLESS they provide trackable proof of delivery of the item to the buyer and then the funds are released when that tracking shows delivery + 1 day.
