PayPal problem - I need help

Hello, Community! I have a very strange situation. I have received 17 EUR on my PayPal account from someone I did not know. As an honest person that I am I've refunded the payment. And guess what? PayPal system has blocked my account. Now they ask me proof of fullfillment for my last 4 transactions. One of these 4 is that one that I have refunded because does not belongs to me. (the others 3 are my eBay sales) After 12 hours now I have received again money from someone else I did'nt know. (8 EUR) My account now is blocked and tomorrow I will call PayPal to fix the situation but I think my account has been broken by a hacker? Does anyone here met this situation? What should I do now? Releasing hold on funds

Hello! I sold an item through PayPal on 17 Aug and it was delivered to the buyer Saturday on 24 Aug. When I get the payment I received an email from PayPal to add the tracking number and the funds will be available 1 day after carrier reports the shipment has been delivered. So there are 2 days but I still have money on hold. (now is Monday) so I wanna know if PayPal count the weekend’s days. And another thing that should I mentioned it is the status “Money received-Pending” What does it mean? The item has been delivered why the payment it is “Pending”. @sharpiemarker Tracking has been added from the first day when i shiped out the parcel. My PayPal account it is new but it is verified and this is my first selling transaction this why i’m asking if i can use the money sonner after the buyer will pick up the parcel or i have to wait 21 days after. ... @sharpiemarker I know what is a tracking number. But we do not have any tracking number because we do not do any business. He is in Japan (Asia) and I’m in Romania (South-East Europe) he told me that PayPal in Japan is very difficult for example gift transfey money method it is not possible just commercial transfer but for commercial transfer PayPal told him to put the tracking number. Hello! I have a big problem. A friend of mine is in Japan and he wants to send me some money on PayPal. He can not do the gift transfer without fees but not this is the problem. The big problem is that PayPal ask him for a tracking number and he does not have any tracking number because we do not do any business here. How can he send me the money? Hello guys! A friend of mine is in Japan and he wants to send me some money on PayPal using family/frisnds transfer without fees method. But he told me that he can’t do that because in Japan the family transfer method it’s not available and the only one method he can send me the money is with fees but PayPal ask him for the tracking number.
