Hi im new here, i just want to ask how can i get the 4 code, because i link my mother's debit card and i dont know how can i get the 4 code 🙂 Help me please

The card you link should be your own and not another persons AND the billing address should match the address on the paypal account.

To use any card you need to confirm it with the 4 digit code sent to that cards statement ie online or a paper statement if that is what she normally gets.

Also you cannot withdraw funds from a paypal account in your country to a card, you can only withdraw to a linked local bank account after adding it and getting the code to confirm it from that bank statement.
