I recently chose the "Instant transfer using Card" option to transfer funds to my bank account via Debit Card. It's been a few hours and my funds are not available whatsoever, this is extremely worrying as it was a decent amount that I transferred to my debit card. Has anyone had this issue and if so how did they resolve this? I chose instant transfer because I needed the funds immediately, this is false advertisement and I don't see how PayPal can get away with this type of activity.

While we do offer an instant transfer service it is not always guaranteed. All transfers are subject to review and could be delayed or stopped if we identify an issue.
