I can't add any IBAN on my account

Hello, basically I am trying for weeks to take my money from Paypal to any of my bank accoounts and it's always showing an error and says to try later.

Those two account are a Revolut account and a Credito Agrícola account (it's a portuguese bank).

I tried to add the IBAN in the account and when I finish writting one of the IBANs it recognizes the name of the bank account but when I click to add it says its not possible and to try later. Obviously I tried a lot of times in different hours and different days but still the same!
I saw on "Help" that my name could be a problem, so my Paypal and Revolut account only has my first and last name, while my Credito Agricola account has all my three names (no idea if this can influence anything).

Also, I tried today to downlolad the app and add my IBAN from my phone and it still doesnt work. However now for my Revolut account it says the IBAN needs 25 characteres (which only has 20) and my Credito Agricola still shows the error and say to try later.

Hi @CatarinaPPereir,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

In general, there may be multiple reasons why you cannot add your bank account. For example, your funding source may not be active and in that case, please reach out to the issuer of the funding source that you chose. Otherwise, it may be that your account has been limited and in that case, simply complete the steps in your Resolution Centre to resolve the issue. Also, it may be that our system is preventing you from adding the bank account for security reasons. In this case, we would not be able to manually change the security settings, but you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!

I hope this helps.
