I am currently trying to make a purchase but everytime i go to checkout i use my paypal account and i login. Afterwards, it asks me to link a credit card to my account but i do not want to do this. I already have a bank linked and the bank has plenty of money in it. I bought something one month ago as well and nothing like this occured. If i try to buy it on my phone, it just straight up declines.
