Hello. I have a concern, I hope someone can help me.

There's a fund transferred in my account but it was put on hold as I need to ship an item to the buyer but I am not a seller. The money transferred to me is just simply a money transfer from a friend. How will I fix this?

I have the exact same problem and would love to know how this can be fixed going forward? I don't want to be stuck with the same issue if I receive a payment gift from another friend.

The friends /family option is not available in every country so if its not available in yours then all payments will be received as for goods/services.

OR if the f/f is available then the person that sent the funds didn't use it and sent it as goods/services instead.

With payments received for tangible goods Paypal would request valid tracking information confirming the item has been delivered to the buyer. As they can validate the tracking information online, once it is delivered they can release the funds. IF you have received the funds for a service / virtual or digital sale OR no tracking number is applicable Paypal would be unable to release the funds any sooner than 21 days.

If you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner ie 7 days after the buyer verifies receipt. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.
