I had a request from my friend in USA. I sent him money by my Credit card, from Vietnam. The status was successful, my Credit card was charged. Then, i found out the transaction was canceled, i still don't know why. I saw my money from "Money in", but the Balance is still zero. I just cannot use that money to send him again, i cannot withdraw it. So where is my money ? I need help, thank you in advance for your answers.
Thank you for post. I can understand how concerning a missing payment can be. If the payment was cancelled, then it was likely refunded. Generally refunds are returned to the original funding source. Here's a great Help Center article with more details regarding Refunds. I hope this helps!
