Funds on hold after item has been delivered

I sent an item on monday and immediately added tracking info, the item was delivered yesterday morning and I have not had the funds released. Not sure why this hasn't been released as it says it gets released within one day of delivery?

Normally delivered when online tracking shows the item as delivered + 1 day if you used paypal shipping or added the tracking to the transaction.
