Fund withdrawals to Kuwait

Hello, are we able to withdraw PayPal funds to cards in Kuwait? I read something in the recent upcoming changes to PayPal agreement about fees to withdraw funds to cards in Kuwait. Are we able to withdraw funds in Kuwait other than having a US bank account? Please advise

The new policy took effect as of May 17 2019 so I guess you can go ahead to link a card and see if it is allowing you to withdraw to card.

Hi, thanks I'll try that although when I check about Kuwait it only gives an option to withdraw funds to a US bank account

If your account is located in Kuwait, you can only withdraw to a US bank account.

But Paypal recently published that its actually allowed now to withdraw to a link VISA Kuwaiti bank card. is that statement no longer valid by Paypal? is it going under some technical issues and will be resolved soon? because currently in the TO field none of the linked Kuwaiti cards are displayed when withdrawing..

Please share as much details as possible around this, because there are many kuwaities waiting to have such feature available in Paypal kuwaiti accounts!
