You should be able to add it since it is processed through the Visa network, but the currency will most likely default to the country the PayPal account is registered to. If you need the currency changed, I would suggest you contact our customer service by following the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page, or you can also reach us on Facebook or at @AskPayPal on Twitter.
