Card is not eligable

I linked my card but It says that it does not support Instant Transfer so I tried the one that takes 1-3 days, but it says the same thing and I also can't link my bank account because I am not from the US, does anyone have a solution for this?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues transferring funds out of your account. As PayPal functionality varies from country to country, it's hard to advise what options may or not be available with out sharing what country the account is registered in. However, if you search "withdraw funds" in the PayPal Help Center, you may be able to find what options are available in your country.
